Funderburk has been involved in real estate investment in Charlotte for the last 14 years. He has catered to the design-conscious, fashion-forward crowd with his chain of clothing stores, including Lotus, Civilian and the former Urban Evolution, as well as his former nightclub Tonic.
As a native Charlottean, Hock has a passion about its neighborhoods and hopes to help others find the joy of living in the city, as a part of a vibrant neighborhood. Hock comes from Wachovia Securities as Vice President of Marketing and has extensive project management experience.
