The property was great for our quick trip to Charlotte. From the great location in Elizabeth, convenient access to the gold line for transportation, walking distance to great food, to the thoughful welcome basket with essentials. Def stay here on your next trip to Charlotte.

The neighborhood is fantastic, convenient to a variety of restaurants and shops. Small space, but, for two people it was perfect. If you have mobility issues, be aware, there are two flights of steps and tight turn around on landings. Steps are old school, narrow. Not an issue for us. But, may be for some. Could use some upgrades, stayed here two years ago too, utensils and kitchen in general could use some updates, kitchen table has chips in it and looking a little tacky. Laundry in unit was great. Much appreciated. Will stay again, so close to where our kids live.

My daughter and I had a great time and the communication with Doug was fantastic. I was looking for a walkable neighborhood and good location to explore south Charlotte and it was perfect. This was a great stay.
