How it started

One condo in October 2010, then another

The Home Collection began hosting Airbnb guests in October 2010. The portfolio has grown one unit at a time since. We curate properties we can personally stand behind, mostly inside preserved historic homes in Myers Park, Elizabeth, and Dilworth.

Who answers the phone

When you text, our team answers

No ticketing system, no call center. Our Charlotte-based team watches the line and replies, usually within minutes during the day. If you want a dinner reservation in Dilworth or the easiest way to walk to Atrium, just ask. Our goal is to provide everything you need, plus a true local's perspective while you're here.

Inside the homes

Preserved character, personally furnished

Most of the portfolio is located within Charlotte's historic homes. Here's what we kept, and what we added.

Living room with original hardwood floors, a brown sofa, and a large orange abstract painting

Original hardwoods

Floors and high ceilings original to the house, carefully refinished rather than replaced. You get the feel of a true 1920s Charlotte home instead of a generic rental.

Sunrooms & porches

Many units keep the sunroom or side porch of the original home. A quiet spot to work or drink coffee before rounds.

Local art, lasting impressions

Many of our homes feature original artwork by Charlotte artist Nico Amortegui. Inspired by his Colombian roots and the vibrant culture of Charlotte, his bold, expressive pieces bring warmth, color, and a true sense of place to every stay.

Not cookie-cutter

No two condos are staged the same. Guests tell us the decor feels homey, the opposite of generic staging.

What's actually there

The specifics behind the hospitality
