We love hosting well-behaved dogs. To keep every condo comfortable for the next guest, here's how it works:

1. Up to two dogs per reservation.
2. Let us know in advance. The pet fee is a $59 non-refundable fee when you tell us beforehand, or $120 if we find out after the fact.
3. Crate when unattended. Dogs must be crated whenever they're left alone in the unit.
4. Off the furniture. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
5. Clean up the yard. All waste must be picked up from the yard.
6. Keep the peace. Dogs can't disturb other guests. Excessive barking may result in eviction.
7. Damage. Evidence of pet hair, stains, scratches, or waste may result in withholding of the security deposit or additional cleaning fees.

Cats are permitted only by exception, with a signed lease and pet deposit, and require a minimum one-month stay.
