How long does it take to get to Uptown and the hospitals?

Every condo is located within 2 miles of Uptown. From Elizabeth you're 5-8 minutes to Atrium Main and Novant Presbyterian by car, or a 15-20 minute walk. Myers Park and Dilworth run 5-10 minutes by car to both hospital campuses.

Where do I park?

Accepted Answer

Parking is included at every building. Hawthorne uses street parking; 500 Queens has two spots per unit; 510 Queens has one spot per unit plus street parking on Baxter; Lamar and Kirkwood include one reserved spot per guest and Magnolia two, each with street parking in front of the building. Your check-in instructions spell out exactly where to park.

Do I need a car to get around Charlotte?

For hospital visits, Uptown meetings, and neighborhood dining, no. The LYNX Blue Line light rail runs to Uptown and rideshare is quick. For day trips to the lake or the mountains, bring a car or plan to rent.
